First and foremost the team at Coherent hope that all our Clients and Colleagues are well at this difficult time. We have seen our world change overnight, but are hopeful that normality is on the horizon.

 

We’re closely monitoring the updates around the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. As it is looking like the Alert level may change soon, we want to act fast and open for business.  We are taking all the precautionary measures to avoid any risks and ensure we will meet the Government requirements.  As we are printers we want to be able to help you, our clients, comply as well in the areas we specialise so well in.

 

With many of our clients in the Conference, Event and Training industries we feel for you with the uncertainty of timing of back to normality.  We hope you are using this time like us, to work on your business and think about how to come out of this stronger and more equipped for the future (even if the future is hard to visualize at this point in time!).  For all our other Clients  we hope that you are ready to go with new and continued energy and if so you are in the same boat as us. NOTE we do not suggest a cruiseboat.

 

Coherent Service for each level

Full details of our operating details under level 3 are on our website www.coherent.co.nz. However we can confirm we are operating as follows:

 

Level 4 – Design only – we operate off site at home.

Level 3 – Design and Print OPEN with restricting  access to our premises to printers only, design and sales still operating off-site. ALL deliveries will be managed by couriers.

Level 2 – Design and Print at our production base in Lower Hutt.  Sales operating in Wellington and Nelson off-site.  We will be following required contact detailing and distancing rules etc.

Getting Ready for Level 3

We are stocked, and the machines are patiently waiting to be used. We would like to get an understanding of our client’s needs so if you haven’t been in touch yet please let us know anything we may be able to help with.

 

There are many things you will need to set up in order to get compliant for level three business.

Paula has designed 8 signs ready for you to use. To help you get up and running we supply these for you as follows:

• A3 paper signage, up to 20 posters FREE for you to use, our only charge will be any associated courier costs.
• A3 or A2, paper, card or coreflute signage with the option of your branding being applied. Our great value pricing will apply for these.
